When I first got the email that I would be participating in the parade, I thought I was the only person from the great state of Maryland. I was wrong. There were nine of us, seven in this picture of us who either live in Maryland or served in Maryland. I am glad that I was not the only one. Thanks everyone for giving me the honor of carrying the state of Maryland flag. It was truly an honor.
